How to get a URL for a video to become a podcast for iTunes?

What is a good length/format for a weekly video podcast?
I’m interested in creating a weekly video podcast covering general news topics etc. with some opinion, what do people think is a good length to maximise viewership? A 5-10 minute blast of the weeks highlights or say a 30+ minute discussion?

How do I get my podcast to show as a video on my iPod Touch??
When I download my podcast of iTunes, I can view it on iTunes as a video, but when I download it onto my iPod Touch, it only does audio. It downloads into my music folder, and I can’t find out how to view the video! Any advice?

How do i get these old video podcast off my ipod touch?
I had a subscription to a few video podcasts and after a while i got tired of them so i unsubscribed and deleted them from my itunes. now, for some reason, i’ve got like 20 episodes of these old podcast still on my ipod. they don’t show up in my itunes anywhere even when i sync my ipod they wont show pu there. i’ve tried everything i can think of and these old podcast are still taking up space on my ipod. please help

How do i get an RSS feed for my Video Podcast?
I want to make a a video podcast to submit to itunes but the website talking about it, does not say any of the websites! All i need is a free website to post my video podcats on for free! Please help! THX!
